Description: National Honor Society (NHS) is prestigious organization honoring scholarship, leadership, character, and service in high school juniors and seniors.  In the spring, sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a 3.5 minimum GPA who have attended BLPA for at least one semester will be invited to complete candidate information packets in order to be considered for membership.  Once the candidate information packets have been completed, a five-member faculty council will meet to select candidates for induction, which will be held in the spring. Selection into NHS is considered a huge honor.
