Summer Workout Week
Open to All Middle School and High School Spirit Athletes entering grades 6th-10th at Banning Lewis Prep Academy . This Workout Week will prepare athletes by focusing on basic and intermediate cheerleading skills, strength training, team building activities, and raising interest for our school spirit teams.
Location: BLPA Commons and Grounds
Dates: Monday, July 16th – Thursday, July 19th
Times: Drop Off at 9:00 AM & Pick Up at 11:30 AM (Please be timely)
Please Bring or Wear the Following:
Exercise Clothing- shorts or workout pants, t-shirt or tank top. Shorts should be long enough to reach to fingertip length. Please, no exposed sports bras.
Tennis Shoes and Socks- any type of athletic running shoe or cheer shoe is acceptable.
Water Bottle, Healthy Snack, Sunscreen
Backpack to Carry Personal Items & Athlete Information Packet
Notes: This Workout Week is aimed at both new recruits and returning team members who are going into grades 6th-10th at Banning Lewis Prep Academy in the upcoming school year. This Workout Week is not mandatory for Spirit Athletes, but will be a fun week of exercise and team bonding so all are encouraged to attend. Tryouts are TBD and will not be dependent on attending this Workout Week.
