High School Cross Country

If your student has any interest in participating in Cross Country at BLPA this fall, then I encourage you to bring them to our summer fun runs, so they can be as prepared as possible for the season this fall.

This is a completely optional workout and is not an official practice.  We will do some stretching and easy running to help build up endurance and develop a love of running.  All middle school and high school students are encouraged to attend.  Parents, you're welcome to come run with us as well if you'd like.

Summer Fun Runs:

Every Tuesday AND Thursday at 6:30 PM

Beginning July 10th

Meet at front of BLPA school

Will last about 45 minutes at the most

If you plan on coming, or if you have any questions, please email Coach Barrett at mbarrett@blracademy.org

BLPA has established a great tradition in cross country, and I hope you'll help us build on that tradition this year.
